QJ Series Gas Relay

QJ series gas relay is a kind of safety protection device for oil-immersed transformer. It is installed in the connecting pipe between transformer tank cover and conservator to realize exhaust sampling on the ground. When internal faults of the transformer cause the insulation liquid to decompose into gas or result in oil flow surge,the contacts of the gas relay actuate to connect specified circuit, so as to send electrical signals in time or cut off the power equipment   automatically to protect the safe operation of electrical equipment.
2.1 Operating temperature: -40℃ - 120℃; ambient temperature: -40℃ - 70℃ .
2.2 Humidity requirements: The relative humidity is not greater than 95% at +20℃ .
2.3 Installation method: The axis line of relay pipeline should be parallel to the transformer tank cover, allowing the end which leads to  the conservator to be slightly higher, but inclination between the axis line and the horizontal plane    does not exceed 4%.
2.4 Protection level: IP55 (upg
