coil
The high voltage wire network adopts the tangle and continuous type to improve the characteristics under the impulse voltage, so as to obtain a more uniform voltage distribution, and the brace pads have rounded corners to improve the reliability of insulation. There is an oil guide structure inside the coil to reduce the coil temperature rise, reduce the hot spot temperature, and extend the insulation life. The voltage regulating part of the high voltage and medium voltage rings is usually provided with a separate voltage regulating coil, so that the ampere-turns of each coil are completely balanced, effectively eliminating the axial mechanical force caused by the external short circuit of the transformer, and improving the stability of the MCP under the external fault short circuit.
Fuel tank
The tank structure is generally bell jar type. The wall of the tank box adopts a large plate folding machine to fold into the shape of a tile, which greatly strengthens the mechanical strength of the tank, reduces the weld, and improves the appearance quality of the transformer. The box cover is generally flat to facilitate the work of maintenance personnel.
The edge of the box is sealed with oil-resistant rubber pad for double sealing, and the lower edge of the box is provided with a limiting device.
Iron core
The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high permeability magnetic grain orientation. In order to reduce the no-load loss of the transformer and reduce the possibility of failure, the core has no punching. Silicon steel sheet by advanced Belgium "SOENEN" company and Germany Georg company produced automatic cutting line material, cutting mouth burr is not more than 0.02 mm; The joint of silicon steel sheet is 45% oblique joint. In order to reduce the loss caused by the silicon steel sheet handling, the silicon steel sheet does not show the iron moment when cutting, and the coil can be set after the iron core is firmly established, and the process of removing the iron and silicon steel sheet is canceled. The core column is held tight by a brace plate between the core column and the inner coil, the iron body is pulled tight by glass ribbon soaked in epoxy resin, and the lower iron bar and the lower oil tank are tightened by a laminated wood block or a bolt. In addition, there are three fixed places between the upper iron bar and the upper oil tank, so the body can withstand turbulence during transportation in the oil tank without displacement.
Cooling and accessory equipment
Generally, it is an air-cooled self-cooling type (ONAF/ONAN), which is carried out at full load when the air is cooled, and when the fan stops natural cooling, the load can reach 67% of the full load.
The radiator is a chip radiator, and the chip radiator is welded with the chip, and the welding is reliable. The use of a chip radiator can make the overall shape of the transformer more compact. Use low speed and low noise fan, generally horizontal direction blowing.
The opening and stopping of the fan are controlled by the oil temperature and load. A control cabinet is attached to the transformer.
The oil storage tank is a capsule type, which is equipped with oil-resistant and airtight capsules to isolate the oil from the outside atmosphere. The oil is outside the capsule and the air is inside the capsule. To further improve reliability, the capsule's air chamber is connected to the outside atmosphere by a silicone dehumidifier.
