The "2018 17th China Motor and System Development Forum" was jointly sponsored by the Small and Medium-sized Motor Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, the National Small and Medium-sized Motor and System Engineering Technology Research Center, the Electrical Products Branch of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products, the Small and Medium-sized Motor Professional Committee of China Electrotechnical Society, the National Rotating Motor Standardization Technical Committee, Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute and other units, and co-organized by Anhui Wannan Motor Co., Ltd. It was held from October 22 to 25, 2018 in Jing County, which has been known as "the mountains and rivers are clear and beautiful in the south of the Yangtze River" since ancient times. The theme of this forum is "Sharing technical and economic information and jointly promoting high-quality development of the industry."

Chairman Wu said: Jingxian is a glorious old revolutionary base and the place where the Southern Anhui Incident took place; it is also the origin of Xuanbi, one of the four famous pens, and Xuan paper, one of the four treasures of the study; in recent years, it is also the base for Anhui to build an energy-saving motor industry cluster development base. It is of far-reaching significance for us to hold the China Motor and System Development Forum here. At present, there are trade wars and uncertainties in global demand, and potential risks to the economy from the deterioration of the financing environment. At this stage, China's economy is still surging. But as the saying goes, there is no construction without destruction. China's economic structure is undergoing real changes. The switch between new and old kinetic energy may be in a critical period from quantitative change to qualitative change. Domestic macroeconomic policies are fine-tuned under the premise of the three major battles. At present, five developments have been identified in high-end equipment manufacturing. Although we are a traditional manufacturing enterprise, division of labor and cooperation is the mainstream of the future society. It is a huge change from traditional product production to division of labor and cooperation. Therefore, we need to enhance our capabilities in market, R&D, production, operation, marketing and other aspects to embrace new opportunities in the new era.
